CRM options

When devicing any voice agent for any niche supposingly dental voice agent for appointments what crm is used mostly? I searched found out open dental and some suggest Ghl.

Do we have any video from @brendan about it.

I have tested my use cases for two niches but I am not much satisfied with crm. Google sheet gets messy when we have couple of records. Also update rows and job done is what makes things more complex.
