Convert the ai agent into sale words your client can understand

Hey my people, just got back from a dentist business where i was offering them an ai receptionist for booking appointments and had a great conversation that led me to start thinking of better ways to redirect the convo when its getting to a clear no or when its not going my way. Overall they said no and was thinking of all the ways I could have led the conversation longer while I was in my car after the convo lol. So my question is do you have any good tips on what to do when it isn't going your way. As for
