It can:
- Answer incoming calls
- Check appointment availability
- Book appointments automatically
- Transfer calls to staff when needed
- End conversations naturally
Tools used:
- Retell AI (Voice Agent)
- Relevance AI (Prompt Generation)
- Calendar integration for scheduling and bookings
It's been a great hands-on project and a good example of how AI can help businesses automate customer interactions and reduce missed appointments.
