Building AI Chatbots in a Foreign Language

Hi guys. So I've landed a client in the Netherlands, they want a real estate AI Chatbot that recommends real estate properties. Interaction with the chatbot is meant to be in Dutch but I don't know any dutch. How do I handle developing such a chatbot on Voiceflow, considering I already have the template for a similar project, but entirely in English. Things like, can I build the AI System prompts on English or does it have to be dutch. For intent classification, are the utterances meant to be in Dutch e.t.c Is there a simple option where I can build the entire project in English and easily switch it up to Dutch.
