In this video, I will do a complete walkthrough of Vapi’s workflow builder. Vapi’s workflow builder is a visual canvas enabling us to connect multiple prompts and add conditional logic to determine specific pathways. To illustrate how to build an agent using the new workflow builder, I will create an inbound receptionist for an Internet services company. This agent will include several flows for different requests, such as new business inquiries, outage problems, and account issues. Additionally, it will accommodate new and existing customers, which means we will have two separate flows that respond differently to each category. Each flow will communicate with various APIs to send information.
