Best Outbound 📞 Call Method for Vapi [SOLVED]: Make or Python on cloud?

Looking for a straight forward, reliable outbound call system code. Is there a go-to video or explainer page for the best option to use? Two common use cases would be 1. Timed calls to dial person 2x a day at designated times 2. Lead follow up from online enquiry. Both would be permission based. Happy to build in make or create in python.
