Beginner AI Agency Owner — Which Service Path Would You Choose First?

I am Ali, I'm a 20 year old Computer Science student. I’m just getting started with building an AI agency and I’m trying to decide which service path to focus on as a beginner. I have decent Python skills and a general understanding of how AI works, but I’m unsure which of the following should I start with:

AI Automations
AI Agents
AI Voice Agents
AI Consulting

I want to avoid wasting time jumping between ideas and instead go all-in on the most practical and beginner-friendly route.

If you had to start from scratch today, which one would you choose and why? Also open to any advice on how to validate the service quickly or whether picking a niche early is necessary.
