Am I on the right track experts?

I’m building AI Voice Agents for real estate, focused on cold calling and lead qualification. My plan is to:

1. Start with a case study,

2. Package it as a done-for-you lead qualification service + cold calling Agent service

3. Scale towards my first £1000 and 10k

For those of you who’ve been in the game longer:

Do you see real estate Voice Agents as a solid service to sell right now?

If yes, what would you do differently to make it more appealing/valuable to agents or any other niche?

If no, what direction would you suggest I pivot or adjust towards that has stronger demand?

Or maybe I'm doing it the right way and I'm just wasting your time 😅

I’d really value your perspective so I can avoid rookie mistakes and double down on what works ASAP.
