Almost perfect AI caller

Hey everyone, I've build an almost perfect AI caller in Retell AI.

BUT the only thing it lacks is a proper speech-to-text.

Retell's speech-to-text is not that great for my language.

I've used in the past Azure in Vapi which has a 92% accuracy. And that was great, but Vapi it's not that customizable and manageable as Retell AI workflows.

So my question is: Is there a way to change speech-to-text provider in Retell AI? Or at least, how can I improve the accuracy with Retell's current speech-to-text provider?
