AI System Built. Interest Coming In. But How Do I Close Clients?
Hey everyone,
I could really use some advice from people who’ve already cracked client acquisition.
Over the last few weeks I built an **AI automation system** and shared some demos. The response from people has been great — lots of positive feedback and interest. That part feels encouraging.
But the part I’m struggling with is **turning that momentum into actual clients**.
Right now I’m trying to figure out the best way to move from “people like the idea” → to “people are willing to pay for it.”
For those of you who have successfully landed clients for your AI / automation services:
• How did you find your first few clients?
• Did you rely more on outbound outreach (DMs, cold emails, LinkedIn) or content/inbound?
• What platforms or strategies worked best for you?
• If you were starting again today, what specific steps would you take in the first 30 days to land clients?
Any practical advice or lessons from your experience would really help.
