Adding SMS + Human In The Loop to Retell Agent - HELP.
Have built an agent on Retell that I'm testing for a prospect. I want to add in an SMS function where it'll send a follow up summary text to the caller's phone. I also want the agent to be able to go back and forth with the caller if needed, and if necessary, to be able to call on an employee or real person for help to answer a nuanced query or question.
The main challenge I'm facing is that the Retell webhook doesn't communicate with Make or N8N at all, making it impossible to build this automation.
Solutions tested:
- updated prompt to be more direct (this could still be the issue)
- changed from test to production webhook URL
- changed Twilio number
- changed platform from make.com to N8N
- created a new agent
Also, is anyone in this community from Sydney?? I'm looking for a buddy to yarn to about AI HAHA! lmk
