Breathe yourself free – what does that really mean?
Most people live from only a small part of their awareness.
About 5% of our thoughts are conscious.
95% run unconsciously.
This means:
Your decisions, emotions, and reactions are largely driven by a part of you that thinking alone cannot reach.
You can understand, reflect, analyze –
and still, the patterns remain.
Because the real information is stored deeper.
In the nervous system.
In the body.
In the subconscious.
And in every single cell of your body.
⸻
Everything you have experienced is stored.
Emotions, experiences, beliefs –
they shape your entire system.
These patterns run automatically.
They determine how you feel, how you react, and what you believe is possible.
And this is exactly where the breath comes in.
⸻
Your breath is directly connected to your nervous system.
Through the vagus nerve, it influences whether your body is in stress
or in a state of safety.
When you begin to breathe consciously and continuously,
your inner state starts to change.
Your system begins to open.
⸻
And in a breathwork session, something very simple happens –
and at the same time something very profound:
You bring 100% of your focus to your breath.
That’s all.
And through this, something shifts:
The mind moves into the background.
It becomes quieter.
It lets go.
You stop analyzing.
You stop controlling.
And your system takes over.
⸻
Your body and your soul begin to work.
Naturally.
On their own.
You are not doing this consciously.
You are not forcing anything.
You simply give your body the space.
And your body uses it.
It goes exactly to the places where something is stored.
Where trauma sits.
Where tension is held.
Where energy is stuck.
⸻
And then movement begins.
The body works in its own intelligence.
It may shake.
It may contract and open again.
It may feel warm or cold.
Emotions may move through you.
This is your nervous system regulating.
This is your body processing.
⸻
You allow it to happen.
You stay with the breath.
And your system releases what is ready to be released.
⸻
Old information stored deep within you begins to shift.
Thoughts like:
“I am not enough.”
“I have to struggle.”
“There is not enough for me.”
lose their power,
because they are no longer just thoughts –
they are moved through the body.
⸻
To breathe yourself free means:
You move out of the mind
and allow your system to regulate itself.
Your body finds its way.
Your nervous system returns to balance.
Your cells begin to carry new information.
And you reconnect with your own power.
⸻
The breath is always there.
And it leads you back
to the place where your freedom begins.
