I’m really happy you’re here. Seeing this space grow, even with a few people, already feels alive. This is not just a place for sessions. It’s a space for real connection and real transformation. My work is based on breathwork — but it doesn’t end there. For me, breathwork is a doorway. A way to access the unconscious, to release what is stored in the body, and to remember who we are beneath all of it. But what truly matters is what happens after. This space is about embodiment. Bringing what we experience in the breath into our real lives. Into how we move, how we relate, how we make decisions, how we live. A big part of my work is also the connection to nature and to the horses I live with. The horses support me in this work. They help us connect to a deeper truth — not through thinking, but through feeling. To touch what is real. To come back into the body. To simply be. And this is what many of us are learning again. I open spaces where you can: – release what you no longer need – reconnect with yourself – and step into your own power This happens in our online sessions, in retreats, in live work here in Portugal — and in the way you live your life every day. Online is the portal. Life is where it integrates. Everything we touch here is meant to be lived. I open spaces. And within these spaces, you find your place. If you feel called, stay. As you know, I’m traveling through Germany and Switzerland at the moment on my Breathwork Journey, giving sessions and retreats in so many different places. It has been really amazing, but it also means I haven’t really been able to keep up with the launch of the Chakra Journey and Shadow Journey.
