Gambling without discipline

Been gambling since years, just doing up down - up down , theres no growth happening(poker as well as betting)

Once i make money i be in a discipline but as soon as a i loose a bet, i dont know for that one recovery i get my bankroll busted and put myself in a very bad situation, what to do, how to control the tilt, how to be calm and grow slowly, please help.
