Bad Habits

Hello guys,

My name is Henning, I‘m 25 years old and originally from Germany. I study abroad in the US at the moment near Chicago and play Poker for around 8-9 years now. I also wanna bring my game to a different level and meet people with the same goals I have. Started a YouTube channel as well this year to film my journey in just being more consistent, making the right decisions off and on the table and just try to always play my A-Game!

But the problem I sometimes have is that after I play a bad session. I wanna try to get it back immediately the next day. Still a little bit tilted I lost another couple buyins and just played bad Poker instead off taking some days off and reflect.
