So, I need some help. I am always feeling hungry now. And my energy level has decreased. I think my sugar levels may have also been messed up. Last night I was sitting on the couch and could barely keep my head up, and when I turned my head, I had 'light lines'. I had a fun size snickers bar and was better.
Today I had the same breakfast I have had for Tues and Wed. And now having the same lunch. I feel a bit groggy today. And I know come dinner time I am going to be VERY hungry.
What do you have for suggestions that will make me feel full longer, help with the crash, and keep me in my Calorie deficit (1240)?
