Here’s the problem… Most of those phrases are marketing, not nutrition. “Multigrain” can still be mostly refined flour. “Protein packed” might mean 8 grams in a 400-calorie bar. “Natural” has no meaningful regulation at all. Food companies aren’t trying to make you healthier. They’re trying to make you buy the product.
