Why Self-Paced Learning Wins 🚀Â
Most people fail in tech because they wait for permission to start.
They wait for a degree.
They wait for the “perfect” course.
They wait until they feel ready.
Meanwhile, the people getting hired are learning every single day at their own pace.
Self-paced learning is powerful because I can speed up when life is calm and slow down when life gets busy.
I don’t need to stop progressing just because my schedule changes.
In cybersecurity especially, the people who win are the people who can consistently learn without someone forcing them to.
That’s the real skill employers want.
The internet already has enough free knowledge to change your life.
The hard part is building the discipline to use it.
