I see a lot of people spending months collecting certifications and watching videos without asking the most important question. Am I actually job ready? Knowing concepts is not the same as proving skills. If I can't explain a project, document what I built, or show evidence of solving a problem, I'm probably not ready yet. The market is rewarding proof more than ever. A simple Linux project, Active Directory lab, traffic analysis write-up, or GitHub repository can do more for me than another random course. The goal isn't to know everything. The goal is to be able to demonstrate value. Most people are closer than they think. They just haven't built the proof yet. Comment "READY" and I’ll DM you The Cybersecurity Job Readiness Checklist.
