Apply to jobs with zero proof they can actually do anything.
Then AI shows up and wipes out the low-effort candidates instantly.
The people winning now are doing something different.
They’re building proof.
Projects.
Writeups.
GitHub repos.
Labs.
AI-assisted workflows.
Not because they know everything.
Because they can SHOW they’re learning.
The market doesn’t reward “potential” anymore.
It rewards visible execution.
That’s the biggest mindset shift people still haven’t realized yet.
