(Remote) Part-Time System & Network Administrator | Pay: $20/hr

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled System & Network Administrator with dental IT experience to support a fast-paced MSP environment. This role involves assisting internal technicians, troubleshooting complex environments, and maintaining critical infrastructure for dental and healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced support for Windows Server environments, including Active Directory and Group Policy
- Support and troubleshoot Windows 10 & 11 endpoints
- Assist field technicians with escalations and complex issues
- Manage and troubleshoot firewalls, switching, and wireless networks
- Maintain and support backup systems and disaster recovery solutions
- Support endpoint protection and security tools
- Work within ticketing systems and RMM platforms to track and resolve issues
- Operate effectively in high-demand environments with strong responsiveness
Required Experience
- Strong background in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
- Experience with Active Directory & Group Policy
- Proficiency with Windows 10 & 11
- Dental software and imaging experience REQUIRED (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Sidexis, Dexis)
- Experience with dental sensors, X-ray systems, and imaging workflows
- Networking fundamentals including firewalls, VLANs, switching, and wireless
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Autotask or similar)
- Experience with RMM tools (e.g., Datto RMM or similar)
- Familiarity with backup and endpoint security platforms

- Able to support technicians and clients simultaneously
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote setting
Schedule & Availability
- Part-time, flexible hours based on demand
- Morning availability is strongly preferred
- Must be responsive during support windows in Mountain/Arizona time zones
