Good morning, everyone! So, I started IGF LR3 late last week and Follistatin on Saturday. I am running them together pre workout. I am pinning LR3 bilaterally, in the trained muscles on that given day. Today is chest/shoulders/tris, so I am pinning my pecs because that's where I want the most saturation. However, LR3 does go systemic so the bilateral pinning may or may not be necessary, this is just how I am doing in. Additionally, I am pinning 100 mcg of Follistatin pre workout in the trained muscle or anywhere. This will also go systemic so site injections may or may not provide additional benefit. But it's gotta go somewhere, so it might as well be the muscle I am training is my attitude. Pumps have been INSANE since starting the combination. But the pumps have been great anyway, so I can't say independently that they are 100% responsible. I will continue to update what I notice and the benefits I am feeling - or lack thereof! However, I think this will be an awesome cycle, so I am very excited to update and share more! Stay tuned!
