Hey everyone! My apologies for not posting this earlier in the community. But I am doing a free 30 day journaling challenge as a way of helping folks reset, refocus, and reimagine. There is a lot going on and many have had to carry the issues and results of 2025 into 2026. I have done some research that says journaling daily for 10-20 minutes is literal medicine for your mind and your body. You are able to clear the clutter, identify patterns, release stress, and make better decisions. If you want to join just comment below and I will send you the calendar that has the prompts for all 30 days. You would also need to join the Facebook Group which is where I will post a video each day discussing the prompt, answering questions, and offering encouragement. I will also offer the chance to post video and written testimonials of the experience.
