Mršavljenje ima 12 treninga.
Pokret 12-16.
Kad se urade ti treninzi vrijeme je za nove.
Uradio/la sam sve treninge, idemo na 2. fazu!
U sljedećem tjednu ću dovršiti 1. fazu.
Trebaju mi još 2-3 tjedna da dovršim 1. fazu.
