Upcoming Courses
Thus far we have requests for education on supplementation, nutritional practices for busy professionals/parents, and programming considerations. The programming side of things will be covered in depth in my Body (Re)Building 101-301 series that will be dropping this month, as well as the Strength for Rehab course that Dr. Jacob has created for us and is live in parts currently - so check that box. With that said, it sounds like Nutrition is my next target. What areas/topics within the umbrella of nutrition do you all need the most help with?

How exercise changes pain
What a pain in the foot!
I’m having an issue with my left foot for 6 months and continues to be aggravating. It has been diagnosed by a sports medicine physician I see as metatarsalgia and by a podiatrist I saw as a neuroma. X-rays and MRI were both negative. I have had two steroid injections that weren’t helpful. I have iced, massaged, rolled my foot on PVC pipe, and done other exercises. Anyone have any thoughts as to what it might be and what I. Old do to help it? Thanks
