Embracing Infinity: Live This Friday! 🧬🌟♾️
When Jennifer Rose asked me to be a live guest on her show, I knew it was a "yes" even before I met her, because of the infinity symbol. If you've worked with me in somatic re-patterning, you've experienced it: the felt sense that healing has a rhythm to it. Symbols throughout time, including the two winding serpents, and our braided DNA, speak to the oscillatory nature of existence. Life is not a flat state, but a relationship between opposites and equals. When you set aside the particularities, the entire history of myth (from various cultures) and mystery (from various faith traditions) sits within this symbol. The circling pulse between the left and right hemisphere of the brain. The two wings of a butterfly. Our two eyes, hands, ovaries, and feet. The yin & the yang. The magical polarity. To add another layer, there is the depth dimension of the spiral field, the fact that not only do planets orbit our sun, but our sun orbits the center of our galaxy along with many other suns, and our galaxy orbits something even greater... etc. (The edge of an entire world circles a greater one, and the two serpents wind up the spine to become something unified as they exit the crown). And now, in this evolutionary moment on planet Gaia, our 3D polarity is reaching an integrative moment. I believe that what many are calling "5D" consciousness is the reality we have the opportunity to step into when we allow the very polarities of our 3D existence to unify at a higher order (integrate while retaining their sovereignty, allowing both to simultaneously expand their previous limitations). Cellular biologist Zach Bush is even seeing this happen in the DNA of the planet. I experience it when working within the neuroplasticity of my own DNA, using the very codes of trauma to reveal what needs integration (which is unification of a higher order). This is also the tantric path, the path of the unwavering search for God within everything that emerges upon the path. These are some things that arise as I ponder Infinity before my upcoming conversation with Jennifer Rose, and I'm sure we'll also talk about somatics and share healing stories, but as my astrological song says, I "carry an ocean inside of a compass" and so here's me sharing the compass that points to those wordless waves.

Turning of the Light
Blessed full moon and welcome into this chapter of shifting light. This image is of some of the flower petals released last week from our summer solstice ceremony, carrying the skins needed shedding in order to be truly new for what wants to be born in us next. It's the paradox of rebirth, and the beauty of my way of practicing healing evolution, that shedding happens naturally at fullness. The skin of the seed must crack in order to let in water, nutrients, light. But it is a generative shedding, like taking off one's clothes to go into a sauna or medicine lodge and let the heat do its alchemy to cleanse and call forth your essence. At least that's how I imagine it! And there is a tenderness in the aftermath of the shed, as new, raw parts touch light and begin to form something, at first, wordless... Do you feel the shift, the quiet re-orientation as the fullness of the light turns inward and downward, being magnetized by gravity, our bodies, and also our attention? What if emptiness is not absence, but more ease at touching what's essential? Less static above a more reliable kind of fullness? Here's a lovely quote from Ana Otero about this season we're entering: "In many mystical traditions, Cancer is associated with the Great Mother, the Cosmic Womb, and the waters from which creation emerges. It is the sign of belonging, nourishment, memory, ancestry, and the soul's deepest roots. During this season we are invited to return to the inner sanctuary of the heart and listen to what is seeking to be nurtured within us. The Solstice reminds us that true growth does not occur through constant striving, but through the sacred rhythms of receiving, holding, and allowing life to unfold according to its divine timing. This is also a season of incarnation. The mysteries of Cancer teach that every vision, prayer, revelation, and blessing must eventually enter the womb of the soul if it is to become embodied within the world." A lot is percolating in the stillness for me right now."

Restoring Animism And Embodying The Sacred
In this interview, I sit with Rachel Blackman, fellow animist, somatic practitioner, and devotee to the work of grounding the sacred in the body, for a rich conversation about how animism can completely change one's life, from the inside out. Spending time with Rachel is always a delight, as she embodies the fresh, curious, and grounded perspective of one who has become a channel for what she calls "the generative principle," such that even as we share about things we each teach regularly about, the conversation can be emergent, alive, and ever-in-tune with the Mystery as it calls us to evolve our consciousness in ever-wider circles. It's so important as we collectively awaken (a.k.a. reground in our original knowing) to hear stories of metamorphosis from those who have experienced the alchemy of "dying before you die," and perhaps even more importantly, to experience the radiant energy that is transmitted on the other side of saying "yes" to being remade. If you'd like to be guided in returning to coherence and awakening your own connection to the bio-intelligent field, reach out to me directly for a Metamorphosis Session. 🦋 Or check our Rachel's work here: https://www.rachelablackman.com/
The Power And Heart Of The Medicine Path
This week we celebrate the Summer Solstice through shared presence, ritual, poetry and the heroine's journey of metamorphosis in the Body & Soul Sanctuary (to join us, find the Calendar tab here in the Village and you'll find the Zoom link for Wednesday morning). On my own medicine path I am feeling called to amplify and be a voice for the heroine's journey in its many forms and colors, and I've been enjoying interviewing fellow medicine carriers and wisdom holders, getting as much if not more richness out of sharing with them and introducing them to you as I do sharing my own story. This week I'm sharing an interview with Deanna Jenne, a mara'akame medicine woman who came into my life a few years ago when I was in the depths of a shamanic initiation manifesting as autoimmune illness from a vaccine injury. She shares her own story of being initiated into the medicine path many years ago, about the power of learning to follow our own “yellow dots” in life, and how grounding it is to believe fully in our inner world and source our life from a place of personal power. As old world systems and mind-states are crumbling around us, and as we can rely less and less on logic to ground us, medicine stories like this—true spiritual nourishment—are essential reminders that there is a greater way to navigate, a larger pattern of harmony on which we can rely, and that there are medicine keepers available, like Deanna and myself, to help restore soul connection, not by telling you what to do, but by mirroring your own divine wisdom so you can source your seeing from within. Here is our full interview.

Be the Ink: Rebirthing
Let your answers be in your actions, and in the fertile space between. As fully integrated soul in body, knowledge and words emerge naturally, from that place that seamlessly breathes and sighs. Live life in the weft of action and inaction. Fully inhabit the ink, beyond the hand, beyond the pen, beyond even the page massaged. Glide, slick, lustrous. Be a verb. Be a song. 🦋🦋🦋 It's time to stop compartmentalizing the "spiritual" and "embodiment." My experience is that what splits us from our body is precisely our disconnect from what I call "soul." My late father once wrote in his journal (when he was just a young man in college) about his intention to raise his future children "nurturing and raising within them the deepest questions of life-the spiritual questions." He wrote: "My concern is not which religion they choose to follow, but that they search with intensity for that indestructible part of themselves." In the Sanctuary, we've just been re-entering womb territory. That portal where deep pre-verbal imprints can be rewritten. That space where safety can be reclaimed and re-write our story from deep waters. As we traverse it (and for some of us, re-traverse it), identity evolution quickens and widens, like the contractions of a labor speeding up and rebirth becoming imminent. I am not surprised, but also still totally in awe of this work which can take even the most seasoned practitioners into deeper depths and higher heights, more integrated in the whole spectrum of being both a precious, specific body and an eternal, powerful soul. When we do this rebirthing work it ripples out into our lives, creating waves of positive change. 🦋🦋🦋 INVITATION: Now is an optimum time to join us, as we are in a renewal phase of learning & practicing within the Sanctuary. It is FREE to inquire and to experience a discovery call with me, so please reach out to me here in the Village with any inquiries about this, or visit the CLASSROOM where you'll see information and a link to my calendar.
