Speaking on the Sacred Magic Podcast was an opportunity to teach a little bit about how the nervous system is a bridge between what we call "3D" and "5D" or the "gross" and the "subtle." For me, this bridge has been the fascination of my life. It continues to teach me deeply, and there's another layer of integration happening now (I'm in the chrysalis goo again! Are you?) I hope that my speaking to it in these little ways gives hope to others waking up now.

In this conversation, I interviewed my friend Shawndi Stahl on the topic of healing the masculine & feminine divide, within ourselves, and within culture. Shawndi is a beautiful example of someone who is saying YES to the calling of her soul, and witnessing how the deeply personal is intricately woven with dharma and legacy. In this conversation, we speak into how weaving these energies within ourselves is deeply empowering and can lead to radical life changes that mutually benefit those around us, simultaneously transforming the wounds of the past.

I am walking on currents of light. How could I want for anything when the universe lifts my every footstep and fills my every inhale and carries my thoughts into an infinity of wordless wonder? They told me this was “naive.” They told me “dreamers don't survive this world.” But I say: It was when I stopped dreaming I became heavy as a boulder. I got to speak with Rena Bauman (a colleague trained in the same therapeautic neuroscience-based post trauma growth training as myself, and who is faculty with them) about the Heroine's Journey last week, and it was a deep and rich field of sharing. Her questions and presence invited deeper answers in the call and response. This is what happens when speaking with another human who gets it in their own way--there's an opportunity for fuller energy to be felt around a subject. This is the powerful field of nervous system coherence and deepening aliveness, deepening acceptance, deeper karmic unwinding and a more transparent essence.
