HOA proposal help
This neighborhood community has brick and limestone houses but what’s interesting is that the mailboxes are all limestone and usually have 2 mailboxes per. Many have black mold on them. I contacted HOA and they want a quote and or discount for multiple homes. See pictures. Would love so feedback as I haven’t seen anyone post about this. Thx
