This neighborhood community has brick and limestone houses but what’s interesting is that the mailboxes are all limestone and usually have 2 mailboxes per. Many have black mold on them. I contacted HOA and they want a quote and or discount for multiple homes. See pictures. Would love so feedback as I haven’t seen anyone post about this. Thx
Thanks Darius, yes looking forward to pricing and should it be by street participation? 1000 homes, each limestone column mailbox is used by 2-3 residents.
Thanks this helps. I will let you know what I find out. They also want prices for pressure washing drives, walks, etc. not holding my breath lol. So HOAs require more than GL?
I’ve got another commercial proposal that I’m working on for a 3 story building for cleaning 225 large external windows with tinted hydrophobic glass. These windows are supper dirty so I’m thinking it would be faster to power wash the building first with a mild window friendly soap first just to get all the major dirt off and then come back and use the WFP on the upper floors. Anyone have thoughts on that? I don’t know if it’s just that I’ve just been at the right place at the right time but it seems easier to find large buildings property managers wanting window cleaning quotes than small storefront buildings. Curious if this has been the case for others.
Need a little help on a bid. It’s got some hard to reach windows. Before I bid I want to make sure I can get to them with what I have. Here’s what I’m looking at. I have wfp and stackable ladder. The gutters and don’t want to walk on the roof tiles. Ideas?
Update: I completed the job and indeed the 2 windows high above the entry way was the toughest. I tired with my stack ladders but not tall enough so used wfp the best I could. Customer is happy. Exterior day 1 and interior and pressure washing day 2. Biggest ticket for me so far for window $740 Karl did you get the bid?
