I'm still using my sweat equity to get this going. I have door hangers and I have heard a few people have had success with flyers and quoting on the flyer.
Two questions, if I should do a flyer since I have more space what is some good marketing advice for a high quality call to action. My target audience are people in the $100k+ salary range who value their time and value a clean house.
Second, how do you quote without counting the windows? Obviously I can count the front but I cannot see the backyard unless the person is there. Do I just estimate based on size? Don't want to underbid or overbid houses.
