Another Commercial Proposal
I’ve got another commercial proposal that I’m working on for a 3 story building for cleaning 225 large external windows with tinted hydrophobic glass. These windows are supper dirty so I’m thinking it would be faster to power wash the building first with a mild window friendly soap first just to get all the major dirt off and then come back and use the WFP on the upper floors. Anyone have thoughts on that?
I don’t know if it’s just that I’ve just been at the right place at the right time but it seems easier to find large buildings property managers wanting window cleaning quotes than small storefront buildings. Curious if this has been the case for others.
