🧘✨ Falling asleep and more
This was inspired by a question from @Sandra Lake . Thank you 🙏 When I ask people what they find particularly difficult, in 90% of cases it is precisely these three things: - loud, racing thoughts - falling asleep, and - physical pain due to the position. Let's go through these three aspects: Thoughts that race around like monkeys 🐒 In a quiet environment, you hear the slightest noise that would otherwise be masked by other sounds. Nothing else happens in meditation. When we reduce all other distractions, we become aware that we are walking on a constant carpet of thoughts. So the disturbing noise is a good sign that you are on the right path to silence. Paradoxical, but true. Falling asleep 😴 A good sign, but of course undesirable. How often have I lain on the mat meditating and had to be woken up by Tanja because my snoring alarmed her? Choose a position in which you cannot fall asleep. Yes, meditation while standing or walking is also an option. If you want to meditate while sitting, you don't have to sit cross-legged if it restricts the blood circulation in your legs and causes pain. You can sit on a chair. One very important aspect of falling asleep is the location. Don't meditate in bed! The bed is associated with sleep. Period. It's soft, it's warm, and... 💤Chrr Chrrr 💤 Chrrr... 💤 Pain 😖 I already mentioned one point earlier. You assume the meditation posture. You have learned that you should adopt certain positions so that you can center yourself and not fall asleep. Cross-legged or, even more extreme, the Buddha position. Honestly, how is that supposed to help me relax if I can't get into a position where everything feels dead after 30 minutes of meditation? Exactly. You are the measure of all things. You. There are guidelines, recommendations, and tips, but you decide. By the way: longer is not always better. I love instant short meditations or long meditations of up to 45 minutes. Love it. What do you think? Do you prefer long meditations or short ones?

🧘‍♂️✨ Meditation & Insight
Hello everyone, Today I'm introducing a new category: 🧘‍♂️✨ Meditation & Insight In this category, I will share the most effective and useful meditations. There will be instructions, practical tips, and guided meditations in audio format (mp3) that you can download for yourself. Important! Share your experiences with others in the comments below each post. I have just completed another multi-day program by Dr. Joe Dispenza and realized that it was all about selling. That's okay, because we know how it works by now. First, you are fed information and made interested, and then comes the so-called upselling. I think it's a shame that such effective approaches are not as widely used as they deserve to be. That's why I'm offering you the opportunity to participate: If you have experience with the respective technique, please write about it in the comments. Then we can test and improve the methods together and make them available to others. Your own ideas on the topic are also very welcome. Do you meditate or have you tried it once and given up? What difficulties do you regularly encounter? How do you integrate it into your everyday life?
