Generosity 💕 what's that?
What does generosity mean to you? In terms of people, in certain situations, or in life in general? For me, generosity is giving. Giving without conditions or hidden motives. Being able to let others be, from a place of confidence. What does it mean to you?

Happy 💕 Holidays 🎅
Have a wonderful time and enjoy it surrounded by loved ones. The turn of the year is always a little magical. We get a glimpse into another world and time seems to behave a little differently. How are you preparing and what nice things are you doing?

⏰Time, rhythm and ✨ light
The irretrievability of time. Blaise Pascal spoke of this when he said that he began to be an old man as soon as he understood that time was irretrievable. Time. A human invention, a unit, a yardstick for punctuality and reliability, for timeliness. A construct to bend the nature of life's natural rhythms until they fit our demand to be optimally productive. We wake up in complete darkness under artificial light, live and work in houses largely cut off from the sky, and spend the evening under artificial light. When we are outside, lanterns light our way. Only the light within us is not cleaned and cared for regularly. And so it happens that our eyes become increasingly cloudy and we shine less and less. The light deep within us remains until this life is over. But our passion for life fades with each passing year that we bow down and fail to do what needs to be done. We deny ourselves more and more every day until we no longer recognize ourselves. Silence. No time, only natural light... a thought: What if we surrendered ourselves to this boundlessness for a longer moment and simply were? I have been fortunate enough to experience many meditations and have gathered a wide variety of experiences. Yes, even falling asleep on a Shakti mat of the hardest kind during meditation is part of it. I have experienced meditations in which I couldn't lose myself and thought, “How much longer? Isn't it over soon?” I have experienced the timeless and spaceless nothingness in which I was able to experience myself in absolute darkness (as the absence of light). Today, on Christmas Day, I notice how time- and deadline-driven we are. Tick tock... Prepare food... Tick tock... Eat... Tick tock... Say goodbye to guests... Next event, next meeting... You know that this group is still very young. It is a newborn, and my experiences with it are growing exponentially. So stay tuned to see what we will achieve together here. This is your community; I “only” provide the framework and a few nudges for inspiration. You are wonderful just as you are; you don't need me for that. You just have to remember...

Santa Claus 🎅
I always thought the red and white traditional costume was traditional. Who invented it? Exactly: Coca-Cola. Crazy, isn't it? Commercialism and tradition often go hand in hand in the modern world. What do you think about that?

I realized that we need more ease and clarity in the NLSP process. 😉 Happiness. Striving for it tends to make us unhappy. It is there. We just need to remember and become aware of it again. That's it. Being happy is a natural state. Everything else is unnatural. So let's ask ourselves: “Why am I not happy?” Happiness has had its day. After a wave of self-help guides, books, and courses on the subject of happiness, it has waned considerably. Have we become happier as a result? Quite the contrary. The world has made most people unhappier, or more precisely: They have forgotten. And this process is wonderfully suited to that: dissolving old programs under which memories are buried so that the memories can rise to the surface. Have fun and enjoy yourself. What are you happy about today? Feel free to write it in the comments...
