Black Belt Marriage Community Guidelines
This community exists to support Jiu-Jitsu school owners who want to grow — not just in numbers, but in leadership, clarity, and sustainability.
Our goal is to make this a place where people feel safe being honest, asking real questions, and learning together.
What This Community Is:

- Ask questions — there are no “dumb” ones here

- Respect confidentiality — what’s shared here stays here
A Few Simple Boundaries:
- Please don’t pitch services, drop links, or DM members without permission
- Sharing tools or resources is welcome when it’s genuinely helpful
- If you’re unsure whether something fits, feel free to ask
How We Approach Leadership Here:
We believe leadership is something we practice, not something we posture about.
That means:
- Taking responsibility
- Being open to feedback
- Learning from mistakes
- Leading with integrity, even under pressure
If something gets off track, we’ll step in gently to keep the space healthy and aligned.
