Wins!
Our plaza owner moved us to a different location (at their expense), which means we got no Spring Break. HOWEVER, We ran a Grand Reopening these last three weeks including a Buddy Week last week. We were baffled by the low participation with the Kids, but our Teens and Adults filled out mats at our small school. Because of that event alone, we got 2 more adults, upgraded 2 teens to Leadership, and got 1 sibling enrolled in Kid Champs. That event alone saved our month. We're now thinking a Buddy Week needs to be a quarterly recruiting event.

We are doing a Referral challenge. Those tend to do really well for us.

@Austin Marshall great question! If they bring a friend, we put their name in a raffle for a $250 gift card to Graice University. This has worked very well for us. It could be used towards anything else, for example merch or Lessons?
