Before you chase the $10M producer number, answer this: Who do I need to become for this to be mine? I didn't ask that in year one. I asked "what do I need to do?" — and I stayed stuck at ~$4M in annual volume for two years grinding harder than people making $20M. The doing changed when the becoming changed. When I stopped showing up as the Baltimore kid trying to fit in and started showing up as the Las Vegas luxury specialist who belonged in the room. Identity is upstream of skills.
