Make Time, and Take Action 💪
When members start their journey in this community, they're given one of two tasks as their daily practice: - Make time: Book an appointment with yourself to review the material, get some movement, and otherwise do what needs to be done. - Take a 5-minute action: Do a very small action today that moves you towards your goals. Sometimes, people are surprised. Why aren't we talking about food yet? Where's my meal plan? Where's the "next level nutrition secret"? Often, they're relieved. Phew, I only have to focus on one small thing right now. Honestly, I don't think I could cram any more into my crazy life anyway. Every time in the past I've gone all-in on something, I've crashed soon after. As they practice these tasks, they start to see: These are the tasks that make everything else possible.
