Hey, I have been researching everything involved in getting into being a diving inspector, but it seems like a lot of the job postings want years of experience in diving before even being hired to do commercial diving work prior to even considering offshore work. How did you guys get started to get the experience to be able to do commercial diving? Its a big financial outlay to get into and I want to make sure doors are open at the end of it to be able to get the experience I need initially with the end goal being the offshore diving.

Hey just curious, what region/countries would you say have the best pay for underwater construction work? I really loved the UAE but man some of those construction workers (at least that I saw on land) have it rough. Do you have advice on knowing a good company over a bad company before you're already there?
