How we speak has a whole lot more impact on us than it does on anyone else. The works you use hold an energy and that energy can encompass our whole being.
Telling yourself you are anxious locks it in. We can get caught up in the reactions that comes of saying it.
We become that emotion.
Why am I feeling anxious creates a whole different outcome. Turning the feeling into a question activates curiosity. That’s a different side of the brain.
This then allows us to focus on a solution.
That’s the start of taking control and lifting the weigh of emotions off us.
