Medicare signup window
If my sis is in a nursing home on medicaid or kancare in kansas and just turned 65 do i need to help her sign up for medicare or does kancare do it automatically and if she leaves the home now that shes better can she still keep medicaid and have medicare or not? Thought there was a window of time to do it or she would get penalized for life.
