Back to the Basics
Today I realized that my biggest mistake in building habits was always setting goals that were too big.
It wasn’t a lack of motivation; the steps were just too large.
So I picked up Atomic Habits by James Clear again, and something clicked. I’ve been trying to build habits from the wrong direction.Instead of chasing big changes, I need to focus on changes that are almost invisible.
Back to the basics.
My focus now is simple: be just a little better than yesterday. Not perfect, just 1% better.
Over time, these become a system.
I’ve redefined my goals, I’m not chasing fast transformation anymore, I’m building stable foundations.
Because real growth doesn’t happen in dramatic moments, but in quiet, consistent days.
