Step 1 — Name the sticky thought (30 seconds):Complete this sentence:“I keep telling myself ____.” Step 2 — Flip it into a “today truth” (30 seconds):Complete:“For the next 24 hours only, I’m willing to believe ____.”(Keep it believable. Not a fairy tale, just a better direction.) Step 3 — Choose a tiny proof action (60 seconds):Complete:“To prove this to myself, today I will ____ (one small action).”Examples: - send the email - record the 60-second video - drink water + take a 10-minute walk - open the doc and write 5 sentences - ask for the sale / post the offer Now comment below using this exact template: 1.
