I never used to be a fan of Jimmy Carr until I watched more of his content.
Fantastic communicator. And apparently, a thought leader.
Here, he talks about how, objectively, we live like kings and queens. And yet, the search for happiness has never seemed to be more difficult in today's day and age.
One cognitive reframe. It can be the difference between:
- A happy life vs. one constantly searching for fulfilment
- A meaningful conversation vs. a fight with your loved one
- A successful presentation vs. one that projects nervousness and insecurity
So a quick question for you - what are you grateful for, in this very moment, that wouldn't have been possible 50 years ago?
