When Danny came into the Speaking Blueprint he had just started his internship. He was struggling with hands, posture, and presence when speaking. Last week, in a meeting with his manager, he flipped it: confident posture, purposeful hands, lean-in, calm voice - full confidence.

- Followed the 30-day action plan (one small skill per day)
- Practiced “hands with purpose” + posture + leaning in
- Posted videos for coach feedback (and used it)
- Planned “mini-projects” to stack skills on camera
How you can do the same (this weekend):
- Pick one behavior: hands, posture, or pause.
- Record a 60-sec clip of yourself speaking
- Watch the recording, make notes of what's working and what's not
- Do it again
Confidence is just like a muscle, it can be trained! The more you work out the stronger you become 💪
