Controversial Question 🙋
Do you think doing a TED Talk in 2026 overrated?
I'm a little anti-TED as I believe impactful speaking can occur in many places, and this shouldn't be the benchmark many public speakers hold themselves to.
Nothing wrong with the event or brand at all - just that its value has become synonymous with 'public speaking success', and I feel that should be questioned.
Feel free to prove me wrong! Would love to hear your thoughts.
