I've been making beef jerky since my teenage years, getting slices of venison from my Uncle's butcher shop on our farm. With just some basic seasonings and one of those round, one setting, dehydrators. There is no greater satisfaction than making your own beef jerky, especially if you are a connoisseur like I am.
