There is nothing more important than learning how to control oneself.
You are the sum of all past actions - good & bad.
Most advice on behavior change is WRONG, even damaging.
For example, in Atomic Habits, J. Clear gives the idea of self-administering punishment as a tool for behavior change.
Specific Idea: "Fine yourself $25 if you don't wake up by 6AM"
This is a bad idea because if you're already struggling to wake up early, the LAST thing you want is to associate a punishment to the desired behavior.
That's just one example - I could go on.
As a part of the research, I did a deep reading of:
- Bringing Out the Best in People, A. Daniels
- Atomic Habits, J. Clear
- The Power of Habit, C. Duhig
- Thinking in Systems, D. Meadows
- Triggers, M. Goldsmith
It would take 50h to read all these books.
I can save you that time.
Plus, I drawn from my own 1000+ hours of 1:1 coaching experience to make this video
All of this, condensed into ~30 minutes.
It will be be worth it. Trust.
