My workouts on my 48hr shift, Chest Saturday, Arms Sunday. What I am definitely struggling with is my music. I've been trying to listen to something that is not angry or hard-core but a decades old habit is hard to break.
What do you guys listen to?
Today I talked with my son who is a Redshirt Freshman at University of Mary for a little over an hr while I worked out and then listened to low-fi for the last 15mins.
