Protein meal
One of my daily meals, jalapeño cheddar sausage is absolutely to die for!
It’s getting easier to eating clean and sticking with it. I’ve kept it basic and simple every 2 hours (beginning at 5am) I am eating a protein meal with my final meal at 2pm and after workout one chocolate-banana-peanut butter protein smoothie.
