🚀 New This Week: The Comeback Kickstart – Day 1 Live!
One thing I've noticed is that many people join the community because of The Comeback Kickstart... but like most of us, they plan to "start later." The problem is that getting started is often the hardest part. So, I'm trying something new and everybody is welcome. This Monday (June 29th) at 1:00pm PT, I'm hosting our first The Comeback Kickstart: Day 1 Live session. We'll go through Day 1 together, then I'll stay afterwards to answer questions, explain the key concepts, and help you get the most out of the Kickstart. The goal isn't to finish all five days. Remember, consistency always beats perfection. 🔥 Kickstart Day #1 Live — Monday at 1pm PT Tomorrow we'll be kicking off Day #1 of The Comeback Kickstart with a live session. If you haven't started yet, this is the perfect opportunity. If you've already gone through it, you're absolutely welcome to join as well. We'll be reviewing one of the most important foundations: alignment, breathing, and core function. The session will be about 15 minutes, followed by plenty of time for questions, coaching, and troubleshooting. 📅 You'll find the link in the Calendar tab. 🏆 June Sessions Challenge We're almost at the end of the month! A few quality sessions each week can make a huge difference when done consistently. 🔥 Plan Your Week Take a minute today to look at your calendar and decide when your sessions will happen this week. Aim for three sessions if possible, and if life gets busy, a few Barefoot Breaks are always better than doing nothing at all. 🏆 June Sessions Challenge If you haven't updated your June Sessions Challenge recently, take a moment to do that this week. Every session counts, and it's been great seeing the consistency many of you are building. 🌱 New Members (But everybody welcome to go through it) If you joined recently, I'd encourage you to start with The Comeback Kickstart this week. It's a free 5-day mini course designed to help you get moving, build momentum, and start restoring some of the movement foundations your body depends on — all in less than 10 minutes a day.
